22.01.2022 Sunday’s reading . It’s time for a cleansing detox of your body and mind . Affirm: I am nourished by the Spirit within. Every cell in my body is filled with Light. I give thanks for radiant health and endless happiness.... . This message comes as a help and as an affirmation. Your vessel may have become clogged this use by overuse of harsh chemicals and an imbalance of unhealthful foods, which can block your psyche. Maybe you’re aware of your body’s signals for relief from the steady ingestion of impurities and a craving for more water and fresh produce. Perhaps you’ve also noticed a slump in your energy levels and your degree of joy has lagged a little also. Never mind these past effects though, as you are your own solution. Now that you’ve heard this message, don’t hesitate to make new arrangements, even if they are just small and simple. Progress is progress. It could be making a conscious effort to drink more water or have a serve of veggies with every dinner. This message also relates to your mind as well. Keep a sharp focus on the contents of your mind and speech and what you allow yourself to be exposed to, as well as the words you think and speak - keeping them positive, affirming and light with a focus on what you want to manifest for yourself. Your words will either support you or thwart you. Choose purity in all forms and I promise you a changed outlook for the better .
