18.01.2022 You don’t charge for the hour, you charge for the impact that you have! - Think in terms of impact not in terms of charge per hour. As you move to a membership model it should become less about the ‘X amount’ of sessions per week and more about what you provide to them cyclically in terms of specific and general support. - Maybe right now you’re providing something and not even realising it. 12.01.2022 We thought that we'd share some behind the scenes detail from our NAP. A NAP is a document that you will have in your business (or should) that allows you to really help someone see their true goals, needs and help you as a business owner get closer to them. Any of the SAOR members here will attest to using the NAP and the impact that it has when rolled out effectively.... We have our own NAP with SAOR and we thought that we would share an insight today that may be helpful/insightful... The below image shows detail of over 60 people surveyed that start working with us over the last 6 months. It is concerning to me that the largest group here does not at all manage their prospects (potential customers or members). If you are reading this and you are in this category please begin. This data is so powerful for long term success. I'll even do you one better. If you want some specific system recommendations and help we've got some that we can help you launch at the click of a button! Don't just capture the data of the people that you do work with. The ones that are thinking about working with you are extremely important to your business growth in general.
