19.01.2022 COVID 19 UPDATE Sapar Landscaping Supplies Pty Ltd are committed to the health and wellbeing of our Employees and Customers and would like to ensure that all our staff and customers remain safe in this rapidly changing environment. In response to the evolving COVID-19 situation, the staff at Sapar are committed to the Health and Safety of our workplace and community. We are open for pick up and deliveries. Our opening hours have not changed for any of our 3 depots. We have... strict cleaning procedures and have put measures in place to ensure Physical Distancing recommendations at all locations. For pick ups we have changed our service counters to ensure a 1.5m distance between customer and employee. We are cleaning all touch surfaces regularly between customers. Our recommendation is to pay by debit or credit card and use the Tap and Go facility to ensure minimal contact. You can receive a physical receipt on collection, or we are offering to email you a copy if you prefer. We are also offering a No Contact Delivery Service. This involves: - Call one of our depots to place your order over the phone. - Pay via Credit Card. - Give an email address for a copy of your receipt to be emailed to you. - Put out a marker where you would like your product tipped. This can be a wheelie bin, bucket, or mark on the ground. Just let us know what it will be when placing the order. - The delivery will be completed. If the driver has any trouble when he is there, he will call you. In addition to the above measures we are also continuously monitoring and following the guidance of the Australian Government and the Queensland Government Health Authorities regarding COVID-19.
