14.01.2022 Hi guys! Sorry we don’t post much! We have been so busy since iso we haven’t had much time for social media! However I did want to share this fascinating post with you. This is from @cosmetic.insider and is a full facial rejuvenation with filler by Dr Igor Alves. But have a look at how much filler is needed to achieve this! 15ml!!! 13.01.2022 I love my work Skincare is so much simpler than most people realise. There is so much marketing crap out there but the foundation of non surgical skincare works on the principal of healing. I could go on and on and on with all the science of it all, and sometimes Id love to do lectures on it. (Many of my clients have suggested this to me and its tempting but I dont really have the time right now, maybe later). I would be fun to book a conference room and just educate peo...ple about skincare, how it works, the limits of it and how to find the balance between taking good care of yourself and going overboard and looking weird, which is more and more of a concern as injectables become more socially accepted. I see so much overdone bad work out there. Girls looking like 49 year old real housewives of Orange County because they lost sight of what normal looks like. More is not always better. There are some flaws better left alone and accepted. When people chase perfection too much things can get distorted. A really good practitioner will be able to give you very clear advice about this. If they arent educating and advising you, you should find one that does. Theres a lot to it all but I love educating my clients about how to find that balance and do the things that will pay off long term. See more

So please dont be hard on yourself. Allow yourself to feel your emotions but also seek to move through them in a healthy way and train your mind toward resilience and pragmatic (realistic) positivity.
