24.01.2022 Day 2 - Glorious sunrise and spent the morning enjoying Sapphire Views. Headed to Cafe Aqua on Ocean Parade for lunch. A real treat, great little cafe but away from the main centres so be sure to look this one up. www.facebook.com/Cafe-Aqua Dinner shopping required a visit to the fish coop at the Jetty for fresh schnapper and vegies sourced from Mother Natures on Orlando Street - another local gem, the owners support local growers where possible and stock a great range of fresh and gourmet lines. www.foodmarketplace.com.au/mothernature

23.01.2022 Every now and then we get to visit Coffs and enjoy staying at Sapphire Views ourselves! So what do the old locals do?? Day 1 - arrived late afternoon so headed down to White Salt Woolgoolga - www.facebook.com/White-Salt-Woolgoolga for honesty the best fish and chips we have every had. Fresh fish, wonderful salads, fast service - a must when you come to visit.
