22.01.2022 HIkeFit... our new fitness training program We are looking at a mixture or predominately either: Face to face training sessions, city hikes and stairs (Melbourne) and or from our PT studio in Alphington. (other cities and possible locations coming soon after)... Online videos, workout, tips and inspiration, that you can do at home or at your gym. What would you prefer?
