I will be just staring at your beautiful artwork forever. I really cant get over it. Its so magic. I live in the forest and it captures the magic of this mountain. Its soft and feminine and the light hits the gold and is indeed mesmerising.

Just wanted to end the year by saying thank you to everyone who has liked, commented, encouraged, followed, purchased or commissioned a painting from me this year. 2020 has been a great year in terms of growth, introducing delivery and Australia wide shipping has opened doors, my new found love of surrealism has expressed another side of me which has captured interest from the public. Will continue to grow, create and spread joy through art but for now I wish you all a safe, lovely holiday, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

20.01.2022 As a child my dad would always have me out and about in the garden, teaching me how to plant, prune, weed and fertilise. I grew a massive interest, we would always go camping too and thus I became very fond of nature and the peacefulness that exhibits from it. 19.01.2022 Im spending my weekend working on some commissions, sometimes a commissioned painting is just what you need to balance up your interior and tie it all together. This is my home, I have mixed some textures and used champagne/gold as my feature colour. My styling is a french/classic theme but I have toned it down by creating an abstract painting. Abstract paintings never get boring!

17.01.2022 While 2020 has bought upon many challenges, it has also flashed some light into life, a new way of vision or perhaps learning about ones self. The restrictions have allowed me to work harder in finding art suppliers that best suit my requirements and ordering my supplies online has proved to be so easy. I have recently also found a framer for any clients who wished to have their paintings framed and yes he does floating frames too. Woohoo! Best part is he operates his business out of Mernda too. So yes, 2020 is a pain but you can always find some good through the eyes of positivity

14.01.2022 I used to get embarrassed when my kids would say to people my mum is an artist! Haha But it just showed they believed in me all along. I can't tell you the countless video's I have previously watched on the best ways to package a painting. It takes some time to carefully wrap but considering the hours spent on it's creation, it's definitely time worth spending! The little investments you make for something you love is priceless.

02.01.2022 "Autumn Harmony" if you look deep into this piece you will sense my passion in colour, depth, layers and texture. If you watched my story you would have thought omg why is she adding lime green into this piece! The key to light is captured through striking shades that illuminate, flat white will lighten your canvas but once you merge with very striking colours your piece will glow!

02.01.2022 Being an artist is knowing how to connect with people, showing them how artworks are created and the stories behind each piece. My paintings commence with a craving of colour combinations. I work to where my mind wants to take me, no pre thought or planning. My paintings are derived from many layers of paint which form intriguing textures throughout. The more you observe, the more you will find. The colours are enhanced by not mixing too much, leaving each colour element to entice. As you can see in this painting, the lime, orange and grey dominate the colour scheme, allowing depth and a seeming movement to be created from the surrounding lighter shades. Thank you to the lovely DMs that I have been receiving lately. I have also received a number of requests for bigger paintings so I will work towards this for you all!
