25.01.2022 Well it has been awhile, tha bandit coffee n cookies trailer has been sent away for a revamp and I have to say it looks amazing! I will be taking Tha Bandit to a whole new level starting in December. We will be heading to the coast and possibly then West, I am looking forward to making so amazing cookies, and that delicious coffee will be back on the road.

22.01.2022 Tha Bandit Coffee & Cookies trailer is open daily from 7.30am to 1pm. The most delicious coffee on the Flinders, choose from a regular flat white, Cappucino, Latte, Vanilla, Butterscotch, Hazelnut, Caramel, Irish Cream or Mocha. It is definitely cold enough for a delicious double shot Hot Chocolate! Need a little snack with your coffee, try Tha Bandit's scrumptious Caramel Nut slice, or freshly baked Anzac Biccies! 22.01.2022 Huge apologies to everyone, tha Bandit is not going to be open this week, I have a not so slight water leak and the water pump has dogone burnt out! grrrrr. Will be getting it fixed as soon as I possibly can. :(

20.01.2022 HUGHENDEN here we come! back in Hughenden TODAY! unexpected visit :) We will be out at the Hughenden General carriers on Richmond Hill Rd between 2pm and 6pm. Delicious Bandit Pies and the best coffee! Cold drinks and snacks. Col, the fruit and Veg man will be out there also, couldn't get to Birdsville due to rain so he is back in Hughenden this afternoon from about 12.30 til 6pm.

03.01.2022 So my poor trailer suffered a injury and has been sent away for fixing I have closed business for the term of next six months whilst awaiting repairs, when I return it will be better than ever!
