11.01.2022 Step by step pictorial for this colourful look using the Carnival Palette, inspo from @BeautybyJessEnglish Step 1. Apply @Plouise base in shade Blank Canvas, its super thick so I mixed it with rumour base no.2. Apply all over the lid and pat into the skin to ensure it’s not wet/tacky for shadow application. Step 2. Using the @Bperfect x @StaceyMarie Carnival Palette shade ‘wasted’ to create the desired shape, apply to the crease and creating a smokey winged shadow effect. Ha...rsh lines are fine as we’ll blend it out in the next stages. Step 3. Using shade ‘Lit’ apply over the edge of the previous colour. 50% going onto the purple and 50% going on to the clear skin/base. Using small circular motions, again not being too fussy on the blend of the shade ‘Lit’. Once you have good coverage with shade ‘Lit’ pop back in with the previous shade and pat ‘wasted’ into the crease to avoid the colour going mucky. Step 4. Using shade ‘Keen’ on a fluffier brush, go back in and smoke out the previous shade ‘Lit’. Again, 50% applying to the orange colour and 50% on clear skin/base. Once you have you’re happy with the blend go back in intensify the previous shades with a smaller brush. Avoiding over blending as the colours will mix together and go an ugly greyish/mucky colour. Step 5. Pop back in with the base used in Step 1, this time using a fluffier brush to avoid the structured cut crease look. Create a blank canvas for the blue pigment to be applied to. Step 6. Apply shade breezy wherever you applied the base then go back in with @inglot pigment 114 for more of an unstructured sparkle. Finishing touches; Add a thin line of @essence liquid liner MAC eyeshadow in shade ‘Nylon’ to the inner corner. Waterline using eyeshadow shade ‘Sky’ mixed with @Inglot duraline to create a liner Try mask horrific brows using @Inglot brow gel in shade 19. Add eBay lashes (let me know if you’d like the item ID!)
