Part guided Meditation and part drawing this class takes you an a inner journey to tune into influences,inspirations and spirit guides.The class includes guided meditation, intro to working with pastels and guidance to materialise your guide. No prior drawing or meditation experience required.All art materials included. Class is conducted by artist and yoga teacher Sara Thorn at Myrtle st Studio, in Maleny, south East Queensland.
