18.01.2022 Like many over the past months of COVID, I have turned to my garden for pleasure and for peace. I have planted herbs (unsuccessfully for the most part), put in a few more trees and potted up some shrubbery. A garden, similar to our minds and our lives, requires constant tending. Much like a weed, when a negative thought or feeling comes up in your life - see if you can pull it out quickly before it spreads and takes over. Forget the chemical attack for ultimately that poison destroys not only the weed but all that seeks to grow around it. There is so much beauty in life, tend your garden and blossom.

16.01.2022 I love that Paul Jacobs at the top of his field still seeks to share the truth of eternal life with those still searching. I love that we are putting on this event for free to give anyone who may be restricted by finances, doubt or fear a bit more of a nudge.

16.01.2022 Happiness is lovely, it is also fleeting. Meaning, belonging, love - well they're a bit more substantial. Before you ask where do I belong or how do I get love or how do I find meaning - perhaps consider showing someone else they belong, love others, serve others and you may find the answers lie there.

10.01.2022 Sundays come around quickly (even fortnightly!). This afternoon I'm looking forward to the tenth online service for the Canberra Spiritualist Association. We're welcoming Donna Doyle from the UK who I met in Hannover Germany on a mediumship course with the fabulous Mr Paul Jacobs. Donna is a delightful lady and lovely medium who is very excited to be serving the CSA. Hope you can join us at 5pm.

10.01.2022 Somewhere along the way, we thought we could tell, plan and dictate the future. Where we were going to go, what we were going to do, who we were going to see. In a way it was always an illusion that we had control of what was going to happen. If ever there was a time to be fully present in the here and now.....well, I guess that's now.

08.01.2022 Thank you to my patient students for waiting it out while class went on pause. Now it's time to get back to work. If you're looking for a no nonsense, traditional mediumship circle (as far as an online circle can be traditional!) with ethical training and lots of encouragement - then you've found your tribe. Classes are limited to 16 for individual attention in a supportive environment.

05.01.2022 It's Sunday again! Our fortnightly Canberra Spiritualist Association's services have a habit of creeping up on me (where does time go) and today we're in for a wonderful service. Angel Anne is a terrific Scottish medium (yes I've even had a reading with her - mediums need readings too). If you've never been to a Spiritualist service and seen a medium in action - try it from the comfort of home. It might just rock your world!

This week Kathryn will be supported by Mitch Shirley (yes, they're married) as our guest speaker. 04.01.2022 COVID 19 may have put a halt to our face to face retreats and workshops (for now) but it hasn't stopped sharing the wisdom, development and connection of the Spirit world with Paul Jacobs. I am delighted that Paul has offered his Online Progressive Course to Australian and New Zealand students for 21/22. This will be an intensive year of monthly workshops with Paul followed up by practical application classes that I am thrilled to be a part of. Only 16 students get to be part of this group. Don't hesitate to get in touch with me with any questions.

03.01.2022 I have a deep abiding passion for service to the Spirit world - both in this world and the next. Yes, you're Spirit too. That's why you will see all sorts of posts from me, sometimes advertising my own mediumship and teaching, often supporting my local Spiritualist Association where I hold the role of President as a volunteer, then you will see advertising of other mediums through my business At One Events. It is my hope that through my various roles I can bring the truth ...of eternal life to as many people as possible. It is a great privilege to be the medium or the messenger - equally it is a privilege to bring attention to the mediumship of those I hold in such high regard.
