04.05.2022 I moved not owning a bed, I moved unable to afford a bed and I moved with no great hurry to find a bed. For the first few months in my own crack den in Brissy, I slept on the floor. Rolled up in colourful hand-me-down knitted nana blankets from my great grandmother Ma, resembling a big rainbow turd. Yeah sure, it was cold. My housemate would laugh as I stretched it out every morning in an uncoordinated attempt at yoga sharing cheap coffee and small talk. I remember sharing h...er bed just once. I was fired on a public holiday from a sandwich bar where I cut tomatoes for six hours a day. I cut tomatoes and I was fired for incompetence. Anyway she offered up half her bed as a pick me up. I thought to myself 'Fuck yeah, those clean sheet feels." I didn't sleep. Shortly after her brother, my sister's ex boyfriend (I know, small world) gifted me a queen size bed with a broken base his mother had gifted him due to an overseas move. My sister graphically described all the filthy sex she had previously on my newest possession. I cleaned it for a week. A year has passed and I've since moved house, changed housemates, twice, shelved a set of sheets, thrown the base of the bed, and here I am, still on the floor.

04.01.2022 Portraiture is not just taking a photograph but rather the study of character and humanity and life experience. It's an intrigue for one another. Check these portraits out, simply stunning!
