24.01.2022 Asking ‘Kyrie Eleison’ or ‘Lord have Mercy’ is such an ancient prayer. Language changes. Perhaps today we might say ‘Holy One, remember us with kindness’, which isn’t so succinct, but might help us understand the prayer in these ancient words in Greek.

23.01.2022 A prayer for #ReignOfChrist Sunday. #PrayTheStory http://praythestory.blogspot.com/2017/11/the-witnesses.html

22.01.2022 I have recently joined the team at Rise Retreats, my prayer poems were there before me, and this Sunday I’m sharing poetry at a Rise Gathering. I’m looking forward to getting to know this community of women seeking the Sacred.

21.01.2022 Today’s day in the life of a minister began with a field trip with Lauren of Rise Retreats, exploring possibilities for future developments; after a wee stop home for lunch, on to the church and some impromptu conversations and checking emails before working with our resident photographer/videographer extraordinaire to record ‘Ash Wednesday at home’; brief chat with coffee craft and chat ladies before heading back home for a nap while awaiting grocery delivery; quick dinner then back to the church for Church Council, leaving for home again after 10pm, having stood in the car park for a chat. #ThisMinistryLife sure is full and rich!
