11.01.2022 PSA: I have SO MANY people ask me or tell me that extensions ruin your natural hair and although I do agree that certain types of extensions done by under qualified people can have a damaging effect, when done properly you can use them as a tool to grow your hair like @bexxigirl has! Bec always had very thick, long hair but a couple of years ago she suffered from a lot of breakage and her hair seemed to thin right out. For the past two years we used tape extensions to give he...r that length and thickness back. With them in Bec was comfortable for me to trim her hair regularly and take off the amount needed. We were able to stop foiling the underneath of her hair making it healthy and natural because the extensions added enough colour and when styling, extensions hold a lot better so Bec could keep heat off her hair for a few days at a time. Ive had many clients go down this path and grow out their dream hair without having to go through short or awkward phases along the way. After two years, Bec is now extension free and her hair is amazing See more
