10.01.2022 Important info on border restrictions Queensland Police have confirmed that they intend to stop and check every vehicle with a NSW number plate at border ch...eckpoints. "Everyone with a New South Wales number plate, irrespective of what border pass that they display, will be intercepted and the driver and the occupant spoken to," Gold Coast Chief Superintendent Mark Wheeler said. "[This is] to make sure they haven't come from one of the two local government hotspots in New South Wales or alternatively, they haven't come from Victoria." Anyone who has visited the Campbelltown and Liverpool city areas in NSW are no longer allowed entry, after the Queensland Government declared them COVID-19 hotspots this morning. Queenslanders who have been to the hotspots will be forced into hotel quarantine when re-entering the state, at their own expense. Chief Superintendent Wheeler says delays of 90 minutes or more are expected.

04.01.2022 Can’t believe 3 years ago I was enjoying Darwin sunsets and celebrating our amazing world and industry with my Travel Managers family. This month is also normally a celebration of my time with TravelManagers, 7 years this month, but if I’m being perfectly honest I don’t feel like I have much to celebrate right now. But I am and always will be thankful to everyone who has given me the opportunity to plan your holidays over these years, this year has been the hardest of them ...all and being a small business owner is often hard at the best of times. I understand I haven’t been posting regularly on this page, but I also don’t want to be filling your newsfeeds with travel possibilities right now that I have no timeframe on when will be a possibility again. I love travelling, exploring and meeting and making friends whilst abroad and in our own country. It is one of the best feelings that I often find hard to explain.
