22.01.2022 We had a fabulous training day today at Total Health. We are all feeling refreshed, focused and ready for the next 12months. We had guest speakers including Chantal from Momentum Ideas for some amazing team building and hands on strategies, Theresa for some mind blowing inspiration, and Marie from Orange yoga and massage for a relaxation session and some take home strategies. We also were spoilt with some delicious food from Pickle & fig. What a day, and what a team! #TotalHealthOrange #teambuilding #feelingrefreshedandinspired #bestteamever #somanylaughs #greatday #masksdidn’tstopus

03.01.2022 Bethany has recently completed her D.I.R Floortime certificate. What is D.I.R Floortime? ‘D.I.R Floortime (also known as Floortime) is an intervention that is used to promote an individual’s development through a respectful, playful, joyful and engaging process. It uses the power of relationships and human connections to promote engagement, communication, positive behaviours and thinking. It is based on the DIR model that was developed by Dr Stanley Greenspan and his colleagu...es. It is used around the world by teachers, occupational therapists, speech therapists, mental health professionals, parents and many others that care for individuals with developmental challenges or other related needs. It is an evidence-based approach to promoting human development that is used with children, young adults and even adults... especially those on the autism spectrum.’ See more
