17.01.2022 Soo unfortunately I haven’t been training this last week due tearing my elbow- unfortunately have Grade 3 deep tear of my ulna ligament and I’m out for 6 weeks and working with @erikpobre_physio from @focus.movement.therapy to hopefully have a full repair without surgery though this will be dependent on my progress over next 6 weeks. Back at the gym though a lot of legs and right side will be going on over next few weeks. Here are some hack squats from today!...
