25.01.2022 2020 is going to be HUGE and it’s already off to the greatest start! . @sarahjanemakeupartist is growing, it’s time to step up, after starting a Personal Development journey myself in 2019 Im deeply passionate about serving others, especially women, on a deeper level. . My services have expanded: Makeup services and Women’s Mindset Coaching.... 2019 was a big year, a huge shift, I began self discovery without knowing what I was really in for.. My life was about to be changed forever.. But it wasn’t all rosy and smiles, I was faced with some of the biggest mental challenges that I’ve ever faced, I found myself repeating the cycle of the same bad habits, cycle of strong emotions, I had high-highs and low-lows.. Sometimes I felt stuck I felt misunderstood I felt l wasn’t good enough I felt I wasn’t living to my truest potential So I sat in that state a little longer.. until I was in enough pain to change. And all it took was a decision, I decided to change and I was willing to do whatever it takes to let go of my story and be free. Only a few weeks ago I went deeper and did a complete breakthrough, a mental clear out, I dropped the limiting beliefs, the self sabotage, the pity party and the isolation. I learnt more about myself in a few days then I have in 29 years on earth. It was the best gift I could give to myself. I feel aligned I love myself I feel free I’m unstoppable I found my purpose.. If you’re reading this, and you’ve felt this way before please know that you don’t need to suffer anymore. You deserve to live a life you desire! 15.01.2022 I went two weeks in ISO not following any routine, wearing pjs all day and giving up on my appearance because.. There’s no need to look good for anyone, I’m not leaving the house Today, for the first time in two weeks.. I got up earlier, got dressed, applied my favourite skincare and put some makeup on....
