05.01.2022 This weekend consists of future project swatching and preparing my garden soil.. ready for spring I’m also in the process of designing a cosy cardigan. I had a request from my sister and also to use Malabrigo Rasta So i put my order in last week, absolutely loving my colour choices one day and so unsure the next I cannot be any more indecisive worst case scenario..... I keep the cardigan Excited to share more with you all though

04.01.2022 Some of this mornings work. Double selvage edging I must say, this cotton is a dream to work with! a top fav! Im working on a little design and needed nice edging, so opted for the double selvage which consists of slipping stitches at the beginning and end of each row..you can easily search YouTube for this technique ... Have a lovely weekend

03.01.2022 I’d like to take this moment to thank the sun for coming out, I managed to get a quick photo On another note..I think iv managed to become a professional seamer..iv done my seaming homework guys and thought I’d share some techniques I used to seam this #airliejumper Seaming your 4 panels together..... The HORIZONTAL invisible seam *used to seam along the top of the shoulders which connects the front and back panel (laying flat) The PERPENDICULAR invisible seam *used to seam the sleeves to the front & back panels at the arms (laying flat) The VERTICAL invisible seam *used to connect everything else (all parts touching) I suggest watching some how-to tutorials for these methods..there are SO MANY on YouTube I hope this helps those of you having seaming troubles. The process can be enjoyable if you understand it a little better
