09.01.2022 "When I was a child I wrote lines, I will not skip class or smoke in my school uniform at least five hundred times." Sarah Myles. Sarah's early writing may... have been uninspiring, however things have changed! Her second novel, 'The Wolf Hour', is a self-described "moral thriller" that begins in Northern Uganda in 2008. "I suspect that my main subject here is conflict; I'm concerned with how families and countries destroy themselves from within and wonder if this can change." This book is a world away from her 2002 debut, 'Transplanted', about a robbery at a beach side house and its aftermath. Sarah will be at the Lismore Library tomorrow to talk about her life and work. "I have always been fascinated by people and story, where they come from where they are going." #SarahMyles #LismoreLibrary #Tomorrow 1pm See more
