25.01.2022 We are all miracles; made up of particles

24.01.2022 Thankyou so much to the people who took time to send little messages after last month’s group kinesiology session. I’m so glad it helped. I am looking forward to session 2 which will be recorded this Thursday. More details will be shared tomorrow, its going to be a good one!

21.01.2022 Remember. You are a goddess.

21.01.2022 Community Hour - Kinesiology support :)

21.01.2022 In parenthood, whether we are conscious of it or not, at our childrens’ development stages we get to revisit our own childhood as our cellular memory is activated. There have been a lot of shitty feelings and behaviour in my household this week. Mine and my childs. Friday I took a spare moment while my extended family babysat (via facetime its iso life!) to do a kinesiology session on myself. What started off with the focus of parenting ended with an inner child balance f...or both of us. The major focus was the neglected child and I could see (from my current view of adult and mother) a different perspective on what was experienced by the child in me, in others, in my daughter as neglect. And the neglect I’m talking about isn’t dramatic or abusive; just little fragments of normal life with people being busy in their own stuff or needing some time where the focus wasn’t 100% on the child they are caring for or in the modern world being distracted by a smart phone. The child feels a disassociation, separation or resentment from the adult at their request for attention and doesn’t understand why. And in moments our own inner child needs caring for and feels neglected too. Within us all lives that child, not always with the same characteristics that show up. At their worst they can present as spoiled, abandoned, fearful, disconnected and discounted as we experience feelings through the meanings we assigned them in our earliest years of life. And when they seem least deserving of it is when they need the most love and nurturing. So all this to say if you have a stomping and flailing 2 year old or you find yourself or another adult doing a brilliant impersonation of one it might just be your inner child visiting to shine a light on a part of you that can be reintegrated and welcomed home again ...what happens next felt like a parenting miracle (continued in comments) See more

20.01.2022 Who would you like to connect deeper with? Can you let your self soften, drop into your body, feel your feelings and express how you feel without any judgement or expectation on outcome, without needing anything from the other person? ‘I feel...’ or ‘I felt...’ or ‘I’m feeling...’ are great starting points for this dialogue. Love you x #vulnerabilityisstrength

19.01.2022 Wisdom from my 3 year old’s blackboard... Here she has writen ‘I am enough’. We have been playing a game finding little messages of ‘I am enough’ written or stuck all over the house. She squeels when she finds one and says it out loud. At 3 she knows it is true. A great foundational belief we sometimes forget as adults. You are enough - in all your flawed authentic beautiful humanness, just as you are now. Just as you were yesterday. Just as you will be tomorrow. How are you remembering, recognising and feeling your enoughness today? #iamenough

19.01.2022 Some weekend beauty/flower therapy for you! Have a lovely weekend everyone xo

17.01.2022 How to navigate a Storm I have come through the most amazing soul storm. Not a dark night of the soul, nothing like that. A moment where everything in my life that was stuck or too held tight was spun free in an energetic whirlwind of divine chaos. To be shaken loose, examined, kept or discarded, evolved, enlivened and transformed. A storm that saw me completely tipped off my axis for weeks. A storm that re-energized me and cracked me open, not in the gentlest of ways, bu...t it a way that was deeply needed. Half way into it I started doing kinesiology balances on myself every - single - day. And I could feel myself reimagined, renewed and returned in the most mystical of ways. The state I have returned to I can only describe as pure and complete, heart-opened bliss. And I am deeply grateful. And I am deeply in awe. Yet again. If you find yourself in a dark night or a indeed the eye of a storm..... turn inward (to your body, your feelings, your wisdom, your intuition and internal guidance system) and upward (to your faith in the greater power *whatever that is for you* that is always available to you), ground downwards (into the earth that will always hold and support you) and expand out at the heart (into your unlimited nature that is always true for you). Much love, Sarah xx

13.01.2022 The best seat in the house for a cuppa is the front porch during Autumn Hope you are also enjoying some vitamin D today!

10.01.2022 This little pixie knows the clinic cupboard is full of treasures and can often be found here.... books, crystals, oracle cards, essential oils, tinctures, tissue salts, homeopathics, bio resonance viles... most of which I’m able to keep out of her reach most of the time. That hanging chain of hearts plant however .... that’s now going to have to move up in the world away from little pruning fingers for a while

08.01.2022 The guidelines in the health space are changing on the daily. I have made Kinesiology sessions all telehealth style now. Brainstorming how to offer FREE virtual group mood/immune/energy boosting sessions on a regular basis. So get in touch if you would like to be supported in this way! I know people are feeling all the feelings (). And thats ok (congratulations you are human not a ). Just dont stay there, keep coming back to things that make you feel when you notice. Not only does it feel better, but you will be healthier (immune system, mental health, relationships, sleep, digestion all bennefit to name a few things) and we all need you to stay at your best.

08.01.2022 Winter sun streaming into the kinesiology clinic after another frosty start this morning. So beautiful

08.01.2022 It has already been a MONTH since the last group kinesiology session and I can’t quite believe it. How have things shifted for you? Are in a new groove in the current situation we find ourselves in? I have doubled down on some simple daily practices and am feeling really bloody fantastic actually. What better energy to be hosting the next group Kinesiology session from this Thursday. The overall theme of the last session (from the group input) was building resilience and movi...ng from survival mode into calm, peace and flow. And your lovely feedback let me know you felt things start to shift and become easier. Its so interesting to see the different dynamics of a group session to an individual session because everyone brings something to the table, so much gets cleared, from slightly different perspectives but with common themes. This time I am inviting you to make like Beyonce (seriously listen to the podcast Dissect in spotify about her visual album- you’re welcome) and think about how you can turn your lemons from the current situation (and the ones you are dragging with you from the past) into lemonade. You may or may not be noticing more ‘stuff’ come up as we spend much more time with ourselves, in close quarters with our loved ones and out of usual routine. What would change for you if viewed your blocks, emotional and behavioural patterns, annoyances, upsets, self imposed limits etc as your greatest allies and assets as you move forward? Whether you are feeling lousy, good or great there is a next level, another layer, a deeper vulnerability (in a good way) you can reach within yourself. The time has never been better to take a deeper look at our life ‘stuff’. You know - the good, the bad and the ugly of who we are and how we are showing up in the world. Autumn is the perfect season to have the courage to ‘let things go’ that just aren’t working for you anymore, acknowledging and releasing any associated greif for the old ways. Let it drop like leaves. Turn inward. Rest, re-assess, release, reinvest, re- imagine. Lay the groundwork now for the new growth you would like to see in Spring. Continued in comments... See more

04.01.2022 Hello everyone. The t-shirt in pic #2 is in heavy rotation at the moment and its sparked some lovely conversations, particilarly with our retailers who have been having such a hard time. Many of you have asked and yes its business as usual for Kinesiology sessions. I am still seeing people in clinic and have also been using video and phone sessions with powerful results for 6 years. many of you know I am also an allied health professional working in community aged care (with... the most vulnerable group for COVID-19). Im conscious there is information overload at moment and you know the drill so I will be keeping this brief except to say we are all in this togetherThe endless resource we have to give when survival fears trigger scarcity mindset is kindness. Kindness is always available, for yourself and others. Feel free to DM me or get in touch with any questions. Keep happy, keep connected and enjoy the sunshine See more

04.01.2022 I found an old sketch book today.... I’m noticing a theme among a lot of clients at the moment that they would like to be expressing more of their creativity. And that expressing more creativity will unlock so much in other aspects of their life and energy. When there is a pattern like this I take note because there is always a bit of medicine for us in the work we do for others. Often I find creative expression in my garden & interior design. I do like to paint as well and h...aven’t for a long while. So today I’m setting up some space to play & create when Mia naps. I say play & create because I feel its important to take the pressure off the outcome, the need to do something perfectly or even pick a particular medium. It’s important to have the opportunity to find joy in process, explore & let your critical thinking hat sit on the shelf for a while. Do you need more creative expression & play in your life too? What would spark some creative joy in your day? Is there a course or skill you’ve wanted to try but have been putting off? When will now be the right time for that? X See more

03.01.2022 Who else loves snuggling up on the couch with a good book? Last weekend I spent 2 days away from Mia to do a course with my friend & amazing Kinesiologist/Naturopath/educator Damian Brown. And yesterday after (awesome) clients I had some reading time. It’s a deeper dive into the 5 elements theory (from traditional Chinese Medicine) and expands on the accupoints used in clinic. You guys will definitely love the big energy shifts you can feel in your body as you get back into flow state with these little beauties. Love coming back inspired from professional development like this! #kinesiologyconcepts #alwayslearningalwaysgrowing
