Use this time to upskill, find a new hobby or look after your health and well-being. The ball is totally in your court as to how you handle this situation.

13.01.2022 Hi there everyone. I trust you are all well in these Covid19 times. I just wanted to share with those of you who are interested a big achievement I have made over the last couple of weeks. As some of you may or may not know, I have just completed a 5 day NLP/Positive Psychology/TimeLineTherapy course that has enabled me to change my mindset from one of 'poor me, I am stuck in this downward Covid spiral' towards one of possibility for the future, even in these unsure times. ... It is allowing me to let go of some past issues that have been holding me back to achieving my goals in the future. An example of this is this course has enabled me to stop binging on the one thing I love... turkish delight. Now this may be a small thing, however, it has opened my mind to the possibilities of changing other bigger 'habits' (for want of a better word) or mindset blocks that are holding me back from achieving the goals I have set for myself. Arthur Bablis and the team from Evolve Your Mindset have designed a course that will help you achieve the life you desire. They have now released a 3 day online workshop which will be held from 10am Friday August 28 to Sunday August 30. 10am - 6pm. Because I wanted to help some of my family and friends achieve what it is that they want by making the necessary changes in their lives that are required, Arthur has been kind enough to give me a discount code for $100 off the cost. The usual cost of these 3 day courses can run into the '000s however, because of the tough times and the troubles people are finding themselves in due to the Covid19 restrictions, he is offering the online course for only $197. With my discount code of SARAH100 there is a $100 discount bring the cost down to $97 for the three days. Now I can hear you all thinking.. 'but why is he offering it at such a bargain price?' The simple answer is he would like to help out a community that is suffering through these tough times. It is as simple as that. If you want to make changes in your life, this will be the best $97 you will spend. So, to gather more information and sign up to the course, please jump on to http://www.evolveyourmindset.com. This will give you a fabulous outline as to what is involved in the course and how it will benefit you (because believe me, if you are ready to move forward in your life it will benefit you). There is also a section to sign up. Don't forget to enter the special code SARAH100 to get your $100 discount. See you all in the room on Friday 28 August at 10am.

12.01.2022 Not exactly the way the instructions say but when you are by yourself you need to improvise. Getting it done! Gordon where are you and Craig when I need you??? Beni is not much help.

08.01.2022 Well. In lockdown again due to COVID-19. Last time we were all locked down I loved it. I started furniture painting and was generally happy for 12 weeks. I set up my own gym in my garage. The idea was fabulous however the reality was that it took 8+ weeks to receive the equipment. This meant that for all that time I wasn’t training and was going back to my old habits. 5 covid kilos crept on. Although now the weight is stable, I am not where I want to be. Back to the gym setu...p... I have really struggled to get back on track. It is worse than last time. I started back at work for 5 weeks. We were so busy, thankfully, that I was so tired and told myself I really couldn’t be bothered and that was ok that I couldn’t be bothered because I was back at work. The home gym didn’t help. It’s 20m out my front door. Could have been 20km for all I cared. I wasn’t going. Fast forward to another lockdown and my fainting furniture is going from strength to strength but my actual strength is going . Every week I spoke to my coach (or maybe not - he is probably ready to sack me as a client) saying this is my week and every week it wasn’t. I just couldn’t be fucked. Anyway another week has passed. Tomorrow I’m going to see my coach with nothing having changed except that this morning I woke up and have put the first brick in my wall. I have followed my meal plan and I have gone to my gym. Tomorrow is another day to put another brick in my wall. Covid-19 sucks. Big time. But it isn’t an excuse to not look after yourself. To all of you out there who are struggling to stay on track, I’m hearing you. Forget your motivation and force yourself to do one little thing you want.

01.01.2022 Today I started a mindset course. This is day 1. Let’s see the change when I’m done.
