10.01.2022 The Victorian Government announced today their $500 million package aimed at giving certainly to residential and commercial tenants and landlords. The laws are ...expected to be passed by the Victorian Parliament shortly. This still is a work in progress and it will be interesting to see how it all pans out but it is a long awaited start for Victorian landlords and tenants. She may describe much of her journey as ‘accidental’ in that she didn’t have a specific plan to do what she’s done but it’s certainly no accident that she’s one of the most recognised, respected, and admired people in property management. If you’re not already a fan, you will be after hearing Melanie outline her philosophy and approach to business. She tells the Renovators how she started documenting everything from the start, when she was managing four properties while on maternity leave, and she and her team still follow all the processes and procedures outlined in that ‘bible’ (although there are now three).
