Pay close attention to it along with all the sensations it creates... when you brush your teeth feel the brush in your hand, each bristle over your teeth and gums, the paste foaming and mint fresh taste and scent... the sound... whatever it is, fast or slow, it’s all presence and aliveness, it’s all detail and depth.
