23.01.2022 MURGH MUKHANI (BUTTER CHICKEN) AND NAAN BREAD I normally always make the Skinnymixers Butter Chicken but tonight I give this one a go from Cookidoo and Oh My Goodness it is just as good but so much easier because I can use the guided cooking which means I dont mess it up like when I read it from a book ... 22.01.2022 So the 7 going on 37 year old has taken over my TM6 to make a yoghurt cake, so looks like Im cooking our tea in the TM5 tonight. He picked the recipe and did it all on his own! 20.01.2022 Demo day tomorrow and I wanted my TM bowl looking a tad better than it was So I tried a new cleaning method that I hadnt used before and it has brought it up sparkling and like new 1 full lemon cut into quarters 250ml warm water... Chop lemon 3sec/Sp9 Add water Heat 10 mins/Varoma/Sp3 Rinse bowl and dry and I also used my polishing cloth to bring it up even shinier. Once finished, you can use the left over lemon from the bowl and boil in your kettle with water to remove the stains Heres an after pic only because I forgot the before pic Guarantee you it is 10 times better though

18.01.2022 SPAGHETTI CARBONARA This was Trav's choice tonight and is his favourite! While this one isn't ideal for leftovers it doesn't seem to matter because there is never any left as the kids always go back for seconds I would say that's a winner!... 10.01.2022 Reunited TM31 is where it all started and I couldnt bring myself to part with it when I upgraded so this baby lives at Mum and Dads shack for when were down there. 09.01.2022 CHICKEN WITH CAPSICUM First time making this and it was pretty darn good!! I chopped the capsicum a tad smaller in the TM5 before transferring and cooking in the TM6 because the kids wont eat it when its chunkier. 03.01.2022 CARROT CUPCAKES WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING Im surprised I had any frosting left to go on top of them after a couple of sneaky little buggers thought that have a taste or two or three I love this recipe and have made it from the start of my Thermomix journey from The Baby and Toddler Cookbook. Hmm...... that means weve had 7 years of recipes from this book and it is on the top of my recommendation list for giving bubby lots of variety in foods when theyre starting solids and growing up to toddlers. 01.01.2022 COCONUT CURRY CHICKEN WITH VEGGIE RICE Thermomix has definitely helped me to experiment with dishes and gives the kids an extensive palette also. I know full well that I would not have made half the stuff that I have if I did not have a Thermomix. This curry was yummier than I was expecting and will definitely be on the list to make again.Trav thought it smelt delicious and then actually ate it without any complaining aswell (it did have a little bit of heat to it )...
