25.01.2022 Well, summer is now over; but we dont want to let it go just yet! Heres a gorgeous little drink recipe to help you hold onto it just a little longer. Lychee & strawberry mocktail... 3 lychees 3 strawberries Mint Sugar syrup Juice half a lime Soda To make: Muddle your mint, strawberries and lychee in the bottom of a jar. Add your lime juice, top with soda and if youre feeling like it wont quite cut it, add 30ml of gin for an extra kick. That simple! Toni Cuenca

03.01.2022 It's time to meet some more of the team! Meet Tim: Tim has been with Sarah for 4 years now. He was previously in the markets before that, and grew up working on banana, mango, avocado and paw paw farms in North Qld. Right now Tim is running our hydroponic farm. So all the fresh fancy lettuce, Chinese veg and a few selected herbs you see are planted, grown and picked by Tim! Tim loves working on Saturdays at Sarah's best and freshest and having a chat with all of our friendly customers, so come say hi!
