01.01.2022 I often get asked the best post workout meal... well here it is...Poached eggs on 7 seed bread with sliced avocado.. A perfect mix of carbs (yes don’t be afraid), protein and good fats! Especially good after I give you a good smashing! Don’t forget to have something small in your tank prior to a workout though! Otherwise you’ll get that horrible sick feeling that many of my clients are very familiar with...
