24.01.2022 For everyone who asked for the recipe for this GF, dairy free, low carb, high protein, sugar free chocolate cake. I will get around to doing hopefully next week!

21.01.2022 Chocolate Cake Recipe Ingredients 2 eggs 1/4 cup natvia... 1/2 cup grapeseed oil 1 cup hazelnut meal (or almond meal) 1/4 cup cocoa 2 scoops chocolate Atkins Protein Powder or GF plain flour 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 tsp baking powder Beat eggs and sugar. Add oil and vanilla essence. Sift cocoa, protein powder and baking powder. Add hazelnut meal. Combine well. Put into a round slice tin and smooth out to the edges with your hands. Bake at 180 until cooked! Enjoy!
