10.01.2022 Don't forget we now offer Tai Chi at the Loch Hall on a Tuesday morning This is a gentle form of exercise suited to all ages and abilities, there is no mat wor...k it is all done standing. Tai chi utilises gentle hand and leg gestures to slowly work through a set of graceful movements that not only helps improve balance and strength, but also concentration! Evidence based research has been carried out on the benefits of Tai Chi and has proven very positive! the national institute of health can provide further details. Or come try the class and feel the benefits for yourself :)

04.01.2022 Mat Pilates 2020 This year will be a little different. There will be no set classes, However, you can create the class you want at what time and place you prefer. it can be 30 or 45min long the class can be a closed private group or open to any one else to join, The price starts at $40 for 1-2 people ... $45 for 3 people and $50 for 4-6 people. Options for more people at other locations is available To help lower the cost or to lock in your class there are packages available on request See more
