18.01.2022 Sarah's Unplugged - Rustic. Comfort Food. Maleny On a little day trip to Maleny (Approx 90km from Brisbane), we serendipitously stumbled upon Sarah’s Unplugg...ed, a cosy little cafe on Maple St with a beautiful artist wall adorned with paintings of local artists. The team there provided a very warm & friendly welcome and their menu offers a good selection of popular Western cafe items like breakfast items, wraps, burgers, and sandwiches, with a variety of meat-free options. As we were there during lunch time, we had the Brekky Burger, Fish Tacos and the Southern-Style Cauliflower Burger. While everything was pretty good, the Cauliflower Burger was by far the most impressive - crispy on the outside, perfectly tender on the inside and full of flavour! We also had their ‘No2’ Juice (Beetroot, carrot, celery, ginger & apple), which was so refreshing and such a great accompaniment to the food we had.
