24.01.2022 Mothers Day Happy wishes to you today - on Mother’s Day. However this day looks, feels and translates for you. I see you & feel you xx... To our Mum @gooziewake xx You are so beautiful inside and out. A Mum to so many- not just us 4 xx You are compassionate & kind & loving & sensitive & witty. We adore you. For us..... Over here we are soaking up the golden years with our 6 & 3 yo. Gosh they are SO CUTE & the relationship they have with each other and us as a family unit is super spesh. Im so enjoying as the years unfold and as we all grow and evolve the different up levels our family unit encounters. The growing conversations. Stevies babyish voice, their keen interest about stories of when we were little babies - which of course really isn’t that long ago It’s pretty glorious. These days we mostly get solid nights sleeps & enjoy that the girls can mostly tell us what’s wrong when they’re upset and better yet their excited ramblings when everything is right. I love being a Mum. I’d actually love one more but for now. I’ll keep busy kissing these girls heads off and smelling their hair & picking up dolls and battling with Stevie about what she wants to wear each day xxx

22.01.2022 This was from June - I was about to do a live in Queen School speaking to a bunch of women in my genius zone - skin and makeup and feminine adornment - I got changed before I went live as I was in my cat rescue clothes here. Alice got on the roof XX

20.01.2022 I have various mentors and a couple of coaches for different areas of life & business. @emily_paech is one of my business mentors & coaches. Today we connected and so much magic came out of our 1:1 mastermind session A coach is someone who listens and offers perspective based on experience for your growth and evolution. A mentor is someone who embodies an area of life and or business you aspire to. ... They can be a channel for you for your own ideas to be polished and come to light. They walk the path you desire to walk in certain areas. They embody what you desire to embody. They offer experience and advice but most of all they LISTEN. They reflect back to you a perfect mirror for your souls evolution and at the end you feel SO lit and excited to take inspired action - which ultimately always comes from you but colliding and co-creating with a master that has walked the path and more importantly is WALKING the path alongside of you - magically clears the channel for flow. You then begin to calibrate. It IS magic. This is why I too LOVE being a mentor and coach. Thank-you for today Em - you are magic xx

18.01.2022 ‘Friending’ is one of my favourite things to do xx They say your wiring is done by the time you are 7 years old. Well a lot of it anyway. My life from 0-7 was moving all over SA and Victoria for my Dads work. Coupled with that I’m number 3 in a family of 4 and I grew up in a very inclusive home. Where ever that was. There was rarely just our 6 around the dinner table. Since childhood I’ve developed making friends and slotting into various networks a super power of mine. I lo...ve people and get so energised in peoples company. I live for connection. In fact part of my human design is all about tribe. I had no idea being socially awkward was a thing until I realised lots of people close to me have social anxiousness. Not me. Rocking up at 6am at a random strangers place to do their make-up for their wedding is totally my jam. Comfort zone. I don’t even give it a second thought. Except for excitement at the days unfolding. Today I got to meet these two absolute legends who are both doing epic things in the world. We first met online inside a mastermind run by our girl crush @mscarliemaree. @the.april.mack gets coached by Carlie and she is . I LOVE her laid back lives and her spiritual knowingness. We share so many of the same belief systems. I want to be like her when I grow up. @quintessential_being_bynikki and I have also both been in Carlies coaching containers & Nikki has her own podcast (so does old mate April - goals!). it was crush at first sight today at Henley for our picnic. Even the seagulls that normally loiter effed off because we laughed so hard they got scared off. How good is human connection. Your network of mates. It’s pure gold. What’s also pure gold is the more YOU you be, the more magnetic you become to YOUR people. These two are some of my people.

13.01.2022 Weddings! I have been painting faces and doing hair for weddings for 20 years I absolutely LOVE weddings. I love seeing all the network of friends I’ve done hair and or makeup for over these years pop up in my feed.... I love the honour of rocking up on the wedding morning often after a stunning drive through the Adelaide hills or the gorgeous McLaren Vale wine region or the Barossa Valley or the city centre. And even to the brides home or some stunning beachside Air BnB. Often the bride is full of excitement. The friends and family around her are buzzing. The web you get to integrate yourself in for the day is delicious and Devine and SO MUCH FUN. It’s the energy, it’s the feeling. It’s a whole VIBE! I never get stressed doing a wedding. Only swept up. I love to offer up a little pep talk to the bride if I intuit she needs it - while her eyes are closed and I offer to take her through a visualisation while I paint her face - if she’s open to it. It’s the next day I say people are messaging you saying they have never been to a more fun wedding, you as a bride were the perfect version of you. Your happiness imprinted their hearts. They are messaging you how the whole event was a love fest of fun and connection. Your friends and family are the best people. The food was so GOOD. The music just perfect. The speeches heartfelt, and funny. Your speech was amazing. It gets like you were speaking to me directly. Now breathe that all in. Swirl it all around in the pictures that are relevant today for you. For them. For this day.. I share industry tips like when you walk down the isle hold your flowers to your fanny not up to your boobs because it looks more Devine in your photos. More regal and elegant. Up under your chin looks playful and less serious more childish and covers your face somewhat. Marriage is a regal event. You’re making history. 100 years from now someone in your lineage can look up that on this day so and so wed so and so. And so it is. Wedding season is here How good is love
