23.01.2022 R E O P E N I N G 1 S T J U N E Beauty therapy and massage are officially able to resume trading as of Monday 1st June and I am now taking appointments. 21.01.2022 CONGRATULATIONS TO ME! I have officially completed my Diploma of Remedial Massage! What a journey it has been to achieve this! I have been a beauty therapist for 11 years and during the years I had always been passionate about massage therapy. Studying remedial massage has taught me so many things about our physical and emotional health and how incredible the human body actually is. I am now excited to be able to offer relaxation, deep tissue, remedial, pregnancy and sports... massages to my services. 03.01.2022 ||| CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS ||| Unfortunately the time has come to strictly enforce my cancellation and no show policy to all clients. I am a single mum running a small business and my appointment availability is often very limited. I am booked out in advance most of the time and have a cancellation list of clients in need of appointments. Cancelling appointments on the day does not allow me enough time to offer the timeslot to other clients. I require at least 24 hours ...notice should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Confirmation SMS’s are sent out the day before your appointment to remind you, so there is no excuse for not letting me know. I understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances occur that are out of our control however this is the only way to be fair to all clients. Cancelling your appointment on the day will incur 100% cost of the total appointment value. I will not allow you to book another appointment until this has been paid. No shows will also incur 100% cost of the total appointment value and you will also need to pay this before being able to rebook. I go out of my way to fit every client in for their appointments. I often don’t have lunch breaks and sacrifice late evenings, Saturdays and Sundays just to suit my clients. I work long hours through the week and on weekends, and give up my own personal time and social life for my clients. I know that most salons now run with a policy similar or the same as this and unfortunately the time has come for me to jump on the bandwagon. Thank you for your understanding, Sara x
