No problem throw this together easily with no kitchen equipment required just get ready to mix mix mix and ready to eat immediately Raw Cacao & Avo Mint Mousse Ingredients: 3 x Avocados, Coconut Cream, Peanut Butter (or any nut butter), Mint oil or try orange oil, Raw Cacao Powder, any nuts (we used pistachio), salt, vanilla, Maple Syrup (or any other liquid sweetener of choice), any fruit ... Hand mix well in a bowl or use a blender Mash Avocado until Smooth Add 1/2 cup coconut cream Add 1/2 cup peanut butter (any nut butter or leave out) 1/3 cup raw cacao powder 1/3 cup maple syrup (or any liquid sweetener such as rice malt syrup or even banana) 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 2 teaspoons mint oil (or orange oil or leave oil out, this is only for added flavour) Pinch salt Blend of hand mix until smooth Spoon your ingredients into a jar or bowl layering with nuts and fruit - Leave in Fridge and eat within a couple of days - Easy Peasy
