24.01.2022 5 tips to prepare for your first trip back to Sargood! 1. With Spring finally here, make sure to pack your sunscreen, sunnies and a hat, so you can soak up some rays down by the beach. 2. Think about what rec you'd like to book in. Although we're not currently offering sports like surfing and snorkelling, we have some amazing new bush trails to explore, as well as our stunning new kayaking spot at Q Station Manly.... 3. We have disposable masks and hand sanitiser available on site, but feel free to bring some along to keep on you. 4. Pre-book your exercise physiology sessions with Wade. Wade is available Monday - Friday from 8am to 4pm for one-on-one sessions in our gym. 5. Have a chat to your Sargood mates! Now's the perfect time to organise a catch up and book in at the same time as your friends. Things not to bring: - A cold, cough, sore throat, or runny nose! We are excited to be reopening, but please help us keep everyone safe by cancelling your stay if you have any symptoms. 24.01.2022 LAST MINUTE SPOT! We've had one spot open up in our upcoming 3D Printing course, running June 6 - 10. Our course provides a hands-on introduction to the world of 3D printing. By the end of the course you will be a competent basic user of this technology, able to find 3D models designed by others, as well as design models of your own, and print them off successfully. The course will run over 3 days, with a structured training period each morning, and a less structured pract...ice session each afternoon. Each evening your models will be printed off ready to be collected the following morning, and you will get to take these 3 models home with you. To support you to continue to practice and refine your skills, you will be provided with a further 3 complementary prints to use after completion of the course you design your models at home, send the files in to us, and we’ll print them off and post them back to you!
