11.01.2022 A HUGE thank you to the Hay Point Hotel and the patrons who welcomed our German tourists yesterday (and into the early hours of this morning). They caught the... courtesy bus from our B&B to the pub where they were invited by some locals to a bonfire on the beach. They have been diving off Cairns and island hopping in the Whitsundays, but their best experience so far in Australia, has been at Hay Point. Thanks again everybody. We should all be promoting ourselves as a tourist destination as well as a coal port. See more
