There is no failure because your friends have reached a certain level or ideal place before you. There is no failure... only lessons in growth. 21.01.2022 What is your Why? Why do you do what you do? Here is Sarvaga Light's Why?... I noticed over many years that the emotional support people needed as they go through their emotional wellness was and is not there. There was something missing in the guidance that was being offered to those that sort refuge from the clouds of darkness in their mind. A lot of people hear, 'thank you session is over for this week' also there is a lot of 'are you on any medication' (meds have their place, just not as a go too every time something is amiss). MY WHY... To guide people to understand that THEY ARE ENOUGH... they do not need to be something for someone else, they do not need to hold on to the burden of a COULD SHOULD OR WOULD. For them to understand, feel and embrace that they are just as important and that they matter...IT IS YOUR ATTITUDE, NOT YOUR APPITITUDE THAT DETERMINES YOUR ALTITUDE. You have all the Tools, Food, Clothing everything you could ever need to survive. ... You see this as an opportunity to do all the things you never could or thought you would do... Sing, Perform, Climb, Run naked though a field, Dance what ever you thought you could not do because... As you slowly perform all these tasks, experiences, lessons, people start reappearing. 11.01.2022 I had a beautiful session with an amazing 18 year old yesterday, however at first I was concerned for them. The amount of pressure placed on them to be, finish, commit and basically decide where they are going in life, created this anxious, scared and self destructive mindset that may lead to... well let's not go there... We wept together, I am well aware that parents only want what's best for their children, HOWEVER... What do your children want?... There is no time frame on anything you wish the achieve in your lifetime, because it is your lifetime... YOUR journey... Don’t let the fear of the time it will take to accomplish something stand in the way of your doing it. The time will pass anyway; we might just as well put that passing time to the best possible use.
