Getting some extra Vit D today, would be beneficial. 2) If your feeling a mixture of emotions. Make a plan for your day, especially if you have a toddler/ preschooler. This might include arts & crafts, fun chores around home, making poppies or ANZAC Day cookies, playing games, creating obstacle courses, encouraging some independent play and also some quiet time. So that your filling your cup too. 3) Meditate 4) Plan your meals 5) Don't forget to breathe 6) Do some yoga 7) Have fun and make your own workout More helpful tips to follow
