24.01.2022 We spend lots of time in the Wow Mobility shop these days! Today’s purchase was some extra wonder sheets (silk in the middle to assist with rolling over) & a new mobility scooter! Now I need a nap!

20.01.2022 Back from holidays on Fitzroy Island with my beautiful Mum. Travelling with mobility issues was quite challenging & made me think a lot about how many people would put off travelling when they’re older. As Baby Boomers are entering this phase there must be more there can be done so travel doesn’t become a memory rather than a goal.... Well, now time to study Cert III in Individual Support to make things official.

01.01.2022 With all the mobility aids out there these days it has been interesting finding out what works & doesn't work for mobility issues. Choices between different types of walkers, walking sticks, electric scooters, wheelchairs etc! It's a mine field! I'll do some research & find out if there are some articles about how to choose the right mobility tools for you...... watch this space...
