22.01.2022 I just stopped at a petrol station across the road from a large Newcastle high school. Inside there were at least 30 students buying coke, energy drinks, slushies, coffee, chips, chocolates, lollies..... at 8.30am. And we wonder why we have an obesity epidemic and why kids can't concentrate at school. Unhealthy eating habits formed during childhood and adolescence are hard to break in adulthood. Please talk to your kids about food and healthy eating. They deserve better than this.
