24.01.2022 Thanks to everyone that could make it last night to the end of the first 12 Week Challenge of this year, and thanks to those who couldn't make it and yet made it a great challenge. We missed you! First off, I would like to congratulate the winners - Cameron Sinfeild: 1st place by dropping a whopping amount of weight (7.2kgs), Percentage of Body Fat (5.7%) and gaining Muscle Mass! Not to mention, winning three of the five challenges. Luke Diamond: 2nd place. Luke dropped 4.6...kgs, dropped nearly 2% body fat and won 2 of the five challenges. Brent Rowe: 3rd place by dropping 3.9kgs, building half a kilo of lean muscle mass an lost 3.9% of Body Fat. Not to mention she tied a challange with her gorgeous partner Luke. What a team!! We also had a special shout out to one of the newest members of SMSC - Monique de Villiers. In the 5 weeks she attented, Monique dropped 3.9kgs, 3.6% Body Fat and built 200gm of lean Muscle Mass!!! Big numbers in a short amount of time. That's dedication right there!! Congratulations, you guys!! Lastly, if YOU want to see these numbers, make a change, meet some great people and have fun getting fit, the next 12 week Challenge kicks off on Monday. Kick your Easter out the window and get your body where you want it. Can't wait to see you all again!

22.01.2022 Last week we wrapped up our last 12 Week Challenge. Cameron Sinfield took out the challenge. Cameron is the only person to ever win 2 challenges and he has done it back to back. Congrats Cam we are super proud of how far you have come. All your hard work over the past year has no doubt paid off. This challenge alone Cameron lost 6.5kgs, 3.4% of body fat and gained 300g of lean muscles mass. Over the past 12 month he has lost over 14kgs and dropped more than 9% of body fat and has maintained the same amount of muscle mass. A big shout out to Brent Rowe who also has showed some impressive results, over the past 2 challenges has lost 8.2kgs and dropped 5% body fat. Well done Brent and to everyone who participated
21.01.2022 Big thanks to Nutrition Warehouse for giving us a space and for a hugely successful day. I'm excited that the word is getting out there that taking a snapshot ...of your inner and outer health is the best way to see where you're at and build your personal goals from there. Regardless of what you see on that piece of paper, if there is a goal you want to reach, InBody will guide and keep you accountable.
