25.01.2022 Hi everyone, We've done a little bit of a sneaky.... When in Rome, a fantastic restaurant in Toukley has started selling our beef in their dishes, so we had to process an animal fast! After supplying them, we have beef for sale for our lovely clients albeit short notice.... Available cuts are Eye fillet, Scotch fillet and Rump steak. Also Sun-dried tomato and basil, Herb and garlic and plain sausages. More exciting news.... we are extracting our first harvest of honey this Sunday morning and will have fresh raw delicious honey for sale as well for $10 per kilo tub (limited supply so get in quick!)
