I have been working at the Regent Theatre since Flower Temple first arrived in the Melbourne CBD more than 15 years ago, I always felt at home with this venue it has an extraordinary presence and has been part of my creative journey with so many wonderful events we have been part of, so it was no surprise when it land...ed on the list of potential Urban Blooms installation sites it was a mutual yes from Regent that we would be selected to showcase this magnificent landmark building together. Moulin Rouge is set to take stage at the Regent Theatre mid 2021. Musical adaptation of the Aussie film which turns 20 next year. The story is based on the bohemian values of Truth, Beauty, Freedom and above all, Love and this is what we drew our inspiration from.
