23.01.2022 Just a reminder for all our lovely clients Please note, I understand that things happen last minute and I myself have had to cancel appointments in the past, when we get such last minute cancellations we are unable to fill that appointment. We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.... We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations that occur 24 hours or more before the scheduled time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to the client. The first time a cancellation is made (Within Reason) within the 24hr period prior to the time of the booked appointment, the client will be given the opportunity to re-book (with no financially penalty applied) Unacceptable reasons will result in cancellation fee being applied Any subsequent cancellations by/for the same client that occur within the 24 hour period will be referred to the Salon Owner/Manager and will result in a cancelled booking fee being applied up to 50% of the appointment cost Clients who make a booking and subsequently fail to present for their designated appointment (and have not contacted the Salon to cancel their appointment), will result in a cancelled booking fee being applied up to 100% of the appointment cost Sass Hair Dezign do not issue refunds for cancelled appointments.

The long blonde one, with and without the flash. The pic with the 4 photos, were taken at different places around the salon and one with a ring light. Please keep this in mind when looking at photos or even bringing in inspiration photos :) What kind of light were these pictures taken in... Some lights can make the hair appear to have warm and buttery tones, some lights can make hair appear cool and ashy. Low lighting will make your hair appear darker with less definition. Artificial lighting can accentuate warmer tones in the hair. The truest reflection of your hair colour will be in soft natural lighting
