19.01.2022 Progressing your push-up from knees to toes takes time. Women aren’t usually naturally strong in the upper body so it takes time to build that strength. Try starting on your toes and on the upward phase go to you knees exhaling as you up. Remembering to keep you hands in line with your chest and elbows pointing back, not flaring out to the sides. Keep your core switched on, pulling your belly button into your spine. ... Don’t allow your hips to sink, if you’re struggling to keep you hips in line with your shoulders drop to your knees.
