19.01.2022 Just a quick update to all those with current open orders - our current turnaround time is 2-3 weeks... which is clearly communicated on both the website and Etsy Store. My aim is always to get them out earlier than this, and only on the extreme rare occasion do I send out orders late(and I will always contact you to let you know if that is the case). As I have mentioned to several people in the past 24 hours, all of the products are hand made by myself, and believe me when I say, there are very few moments in the day when Im not working on fulfilling orders. Just to clarify, I do not send updates on the progress of your order, as I believe my time is better sent actually preparing your orders, then updating you on their progress .
