08.01.2022 Last week working with the under 16 they all did a fantastic job. Little fun fact I started my career at a football club, Williamstown Football Club to be exact, for those that dont know they are a VFL club and when i first started they had an allience with Collingwood Football Club (AFL), then with the Western Bulldogs before going stand alone. I started there when i was 16 years old, I volunteered there before being offered a school based traineeship in sport and recreation.

If your children start to seeing you exercises and living healthy they will do the same. They will want to squat and run and do push ups because they are doing it with you.
