It will be li...fted into place using strand-jacking this month. In this image, look for tiny workers dotted on and around the construction site. This illustrates just how big the hall actually is! 09.01.2022 APPRENTICE opportunity We are now seeking suitably skilled and passionate individuals for our SAS based APPRENTICE Programme! Ideally the applicants would be school leavers or students who are just finishing their exams, who may have done metal work or wood work at school or a Cert I in engineering, and who are interested in welding, metal fabrication and engineering as a career. ... What do the apprentices receive? Upon successful completion, a Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication during a four year apprenticeship. Attendance to training at external training providers, where they can obtain their white card, forklift licence, first aid, pendant crane, dogging high risk licence. They will also be part of internal Apprentice Training Plan where apprentices work and learn various skills in each of our company’s departments and have the opportunity to explore not only metal fabricating but other company functions. A career path can start here! SAS apprentices gain significant experience as they contribute to real project work! How do they apply?
