My Aththamma ( Grandmother ) Who had a lot to do with the person I am today, your amazing strength, resilience, kind encouraging words and Love have given me the strength to face life even after you said goodbye to us, when I was only 10 years of age. 10.01.2022 Feeling happy I managed to get out for a walk before the sun disappeared today : ) looking at the beautiful trees shed their leaves thinking, how I should also shed all thoughts that are not supporting or serving me in any way. Definitely not a quick process but worthwhile getting started on it no matter how old you are ! It can only help you come out stronger and more radiant in Spring! Welcoming winter to my life
