14.01.2022 MUSHROOM, TOMATO AND GOATS CHEESE OMELETTE! 1. Cook mushrooms till browned, add garlic, thyme and tomatoes until soft. Season to taste 2. Beat 3 eggs and splash of water in bowl until combined. 3. Add 1/4 eggs mixture to hot pan and tilt to cover base. Add remaining egg slowely over the top till cooked, then add mushroom topping and cheese to one side and flip the omelette into a sandwich! ... Enjoy See more
