03.01.2022 During the constantly changing situation with Covid-19, we would like to update you on what actions Saunders Property Group are taking to ensure the safety of our team, clients, landlords and tenants. To minimise contact between people both in and out of the office, we have taken the following measures: 1. We request that unless necessary, people contact our team via; email, phone and text rather than visiting our office.... 2. Inspections of rental and sales properties are being conducted one on one, as is our usual practice. This ensures we can maintain the required social distancing and hand sanitising is done on both entry and departure of properties. Alternatively residents have the option to leave the property before we arrive. 3. To ensure the safety of our employees, please advise our office if an inspection needs to be changed or if someone residing there is generally unwell, showing symptoms or is in (self) isolation. 4. To ensure the safety of colleagues and our customers, staff are being asked to remain at home if they are unwell, showing symptoms, or have been in contact with someone who may have Covid-19. 5. Property maintenance will continue for the meantime however if the government makes any relevant changes, then it may be limited to urgent or emergency calls only. Again please advise us if a contractor cant visit your property and we will make other arrangements. In these uncertain times, please be assured that we are implementing these measures (above) so that we can continue to do what we love assist our clients buy, sell or rent properties.
